Software and On-Chip Security Specialist (24791)
An exciting opportunity for an expert in systems security to join an advanced-tech, international hardware and software company in Cambridge. Their tech includes a dynamic, adaptive graphics engine and virtual graphics card, often dealing with protected video content and networked video systems. New applications include VR.
The role will involve developing ASICs and associated software. You would be involved in aspects of product security, such as: IP protection, compliance and development processes. You would also provide direction and guidance on topics such as security sturdiness for PC/mobile O/S and applications (Windows, Android, iOS) and embedded systems. This will require you to keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.
You will need:
- Experience of security engineering, including recent experience with software applications and on-chip security
- Good C and C++ skills and the ability to write targeted programs for both host PC and embedded systems
- Familiarity with manual and automated test, simulation and emulation environments, together with well-established skills in testing and debugging
You will need a good degree from a well-respected university and strong A-level grades, as well as full permission to live and work in the UK without time limit, restriction or sponsorship.
