Technical People Manager (25191)

Join the management team in a global consultancy working to bring together their clients and the Open Source community.

This brand new leadership role will involve management of their technical people, bringing out the best in them and helping to develop their careers.

You are a confident manager with an exceptional combination of people development experience and technical exposure. You must have experience of managing geographically dispersed teams, ideally in multiple timezones.

You’ll need the personal and communication skills to be able to support a distributed team of c. 30 software engineers committed to the Open Source approach.

Working remotely, this role can be based in anywhere in the UK, or possibly in North America (details on application).
