This exciting role calls for exceptional individuals who are self-starting high-achievers – it is a rare opportunity to work with a highly respected team on leading edge applications and to acquire start-up stock options in a future global leader.

Can you offer an outstanding academic background (top degree from a top Uni) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar, along with excellent mathematical abilities and proven expertise in areas such as Probabilistic Modelling / Path Planning, Decision-making systems, Markov decision processes (ideally POMDPs), Probabilistic Programming Languages - along with C / C++, Python, Scala, Java or similar?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be “in-at-the-start” of an exciting new project, to join a renowned team working on state of the art applications involving Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Mapping, 3D Graphics / Modelling, Probabilistic Modelling / Planning and Data Analysis. You will be responsible for designing and building software models for path planning / guidance and control for consumer (i.e. non-defence) applications.

Only the best need apply: In addition to a proven skills in Probabilistic Modelling / Path Planning, Markov decision processes (ideally POMDPs) – possibly gained in application areas such as autonomous systems or robotic control - you will of course also have good software skills using C / C++, Python, Scala or Java and familiarity with Linux, Git etc.
