This client facing role is to join an extremely talented team of mechanical, software and electronics engineers. To be able to stand your ground with this team you will also have a strong technical background, along with a very good degree in an electronics or physics discipline from a top UK university.
They are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in order to maintain their market lead, and they hold valuable and protected IP on some of the technologies they use. The technical challenges development team face are high speed electronics, embedded software, fluid flow mechanics, hence you will need a broad technical background to be able to understand the systems being sold.
As the Internal Sales Engineer you will be required to:
- Manage several customer accounts, being the customer voice internally
- Be a relationship builder with a technical aptitude
- Drive an action plan for each client
- Understand the client culture of each client and their priorities
- Spot potential additional business and prepare quotations
- Track internal actions and ensure updates are adopted by clients
