Experienced C# Developer (24392)
This company is a long-established and highly successful company with a strong global presence in the field of risk management consultancy. To continue their record of success they are now looking to improve their online infrastructure, adding new web services and applying best practise to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
This is an opportunity for an Experienced C# Developer to join their development team. The development process is fully Agile, with Scrum teams and Sprints. You would be working collaboratively with the Product Owner to ensure efficient implementation and excellent functionality that will delight the user. The role will encompass all aspects of software development spanning the full development lifecycle, from establishing requirements and task planning, through design, coding and testing.
You will have:
- A 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a top-tier university.
- Demonstrably excellent skills in C# .NET, and frameworks such as WinForms or WPF.
- Significant experience of working in a commercial environment where timely delivery and high quality are prerequisites.
- A sound understanding of the theory and practise of Agile, including Extreme Programming and SOLID development principles.
Additionally the following skills would be of interest: Databases (especially SQL); JavaScript; Web frameworks such as Angular; Azure; Cloud; Maths ability and an enthusiasm for algorithm development.
