Principal Consultant (Robotics and Automation) (25196)

This leading company work closely with clients providing technical expertise on sophisticated systems that integrates with electromechanical devices. This can include the development of algorithms and sensors for robotics and automation technologies. Due to growth of the market, this company is keen to recruit a Principal level Consultant to take a leading role in commercial activities for projects in consumer and industrial sectors. The role will include defining technical plans, providing thought leadership, presenting proposals, as well as keeping abreast of latest developments.

Requirements:

• Background: Strong academics leading to hands-on engineering career ideally in software, electronics or similar.
• Recent career history: Worked as a Consultant or Professional Services, providing expertise and commercial business development understanding with technical clients. Will know how to over-deliver on projects, whilst maintaining an honest approach to feasibility depending on project complexity, time and budgets.
• Will have a passion for robotics / automation and have experience working in the consumer or industrial sector.
• Excellent communication skills – experience providing technical presentations, writing technical reports as well as conversing with customers.
