DevOps Engineer (25371)

Whether you have just graduated or have been working as a DevOps Engineer, this Cambridge based team are recruiting. Joining them, you will work within an agile Cloud team to deliver projects including cloud deployments for security infrastructure for their customers. The team pride themselves in delivering reliable products in fast moving environments that often have a critical function.

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll have experience using Python coupled with Windows (or Linux) administration. You’ll have a strong understanding of network and storage fundamentals and will have had experience (or some exposure) with continuous integration and continuous deployment systems. You’ll know your way around automation (using Jenkins, Ansible, Chef or Puppet) and have the ability to scale applications and services. Your hands-on project experience will likely be backed up with knowledge gained through a computer science / software related degree.

In this new role, you’d be interested in cloud technologies and cloud applications (Azure / AWS) and how virtualisation technologies are designed and built. You’ll also want to work for a company that supports your career development, and allows you to get your work done in a comfortable working environment.
