Do you have?

• A substantial hobby project in C++ or C whose code you can share
• Scripting skills, preferably with Python
• Commercial software development experience in a Linux environment
• Full right to work in the UK without time limit or restriction
• A good degree in a STEM subject from a well-respected university

This role is with a dynamic early-stage edge networking start-up, looking for an engineer with a similar love of bringing top quality software products to fruition. They are already a commercial success, with a major client signed up and products on the market.

As an experienced C++ developer, you would take a leading role in creating entirely new exciting features for their Linux-based connectivity software, and get involved in areas such as back end development, low level networking, kernel development, algorithm and data structure design, and build systems.

An advantage of joining at an early stage is that the role will offer the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of their software and to broaden both your technical and your leadership skills as the company grows.
