Delivering world class products for pharmaceuticals and medical start-ups

An opportunity has arisen with this world leading product development business team. They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to take a lead role in building new relationships within the Drug Delivery market. The role is a mix of consultative selling with mostly existing clients and collaborating with technical expertise within the company's scientific and engineering teams.

The Business Development Manager will support and implement key strategies, and develop new projects within Drug Delivery (to cover areas such as inhalers, nebulisers, and auto-injectors). Key clients will include pharmaceuticals and innovative start-ups, and could be within Europe or in North America or South East Asia.

Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of the drug discovery market.
  • Strong consultative experience including business development, negotiations, and technical understanding.
  • Demonstrable experience in medical product sales.
  • Experience in leading business development projects within drug discovery.

It is expected that the candidate will be a degree holder in engineering or physics, and has a CV that shows their career rise within sales and medical business development.
