Audio C++ Software Engineer (25663)

Will be office based post COVID-19, remote initially

This is a creative role developing embedded C++ software for an audio application. Ideally you will either have some commercial audio DSP experience or at the very least a personal interest in audio equipment and natural listening skills.

As an Audio C++ Software Engineer you will have good experience developing software, preferably for audio application. This will be combined with a solid understanding of software development processes. These fundamentals will be backed up by excellent grades and a top engineering or STEM degree from a well-known and respected university. Further during your career so far you will have gained experience in most of the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of embedded C++
  • Previous experience in implementing algorithms for commercial use
  • Good working knowledge of multi-threaded / multiprocessor programming
  • Experience of API development
  • Desirable experience includes use of Github
