Junior Technology Consultant (25718)
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, Surrey-based technology-focussed consultancy providing expertise for technical projects within the defence sector. They are seeking exceptional recent graduates and PhDs to join their team, working on a variety of projects and technologies.
We are looking for a combination of outstanding technical knowledge, problem-solving aptitude, and enthusiasm for hands-on development of electronics and software to solve a variety of challenging problems. You would join an elite team of consultants where your professional development will be supported and you can acquire an enviable array of technical skills.
You will need:
- A 1st or 2.1 degree in Physics, Electronic Engineering or a closely related subject from a highly ranked university (Russell Group or equivalent).
- Strong A-levels with top grades in Maths and Physics.
- British citizenship with the ability to gain UK security clearance
Additionally, your CV will demonstrate your broader interest in technology above and beyond your studies - for instance, impressive internships with technology companies or substantial hobby or open-source projects in electronics or computing. You will need to be confident and articulate to work closely with clients. Areas of particular interest are: RF, Signal processing, C, C++, Java, VHDL and FPGAs, design of analogue and digital circuits, and PCB layout.
