Senior Software Engineer, C++ and audio (25724)

Another new opening for a fast growing start-up. The core software is algorithm implementation in C++ for an audio application. Ideally you will either have some commercial audio DSP experience or at the very least a personal interest in audio equipment and natural listening skills.

As an Audio C++ Software Engineer you will have good experience developing software, preferably for audio application. This will be combined with a solid understanding of software development processes. These fundamentals will be backed up by excellent grades and a top STEM degree from a well-known and respected university. Further, during your career so far, you will have gained experience in most of the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of embedded C++
  • Previous experience in implementing algorithms for commercial use
  • Good working knowledge of multi-threaded / multiprocessor programming
  • Experience of API development
  • Desirable experience includes use of Github
