Analogue and mixed signal circuit design for ASICs

Starting as a university spin-out, this technology company are working on advanced piezoelectric applications. They have already secured a series of investments, and their latest product is combining their sophisticated hardware with AI and machine learning.

They are recruiting an Analogue Electronics Engineer to join their ASIC development team. In this role, projects will include: block-level and chip-level design and verification; analogue and mixed-signal simulation; layout and production of the silicon. Your work will shape the next generation of IP for the company and help develop new products in partnership with clients.

Requirements:

  • Electronic engineering degree and ideally a relevant Masters or PhD.
  • Demonstrable industry experience in analogue and mixed signal design using modern EDA tools.
  • Experience with tape-out for low power analogue circuits.
  • Experience of developing mixed signal models using Verilog.
  • Exposure to analogue circuit layout.

Further experience with DFM, DFT, ADC design, or working with piezoelectric devices would be advantageous.

On offer is an excellent package including health cover and bonuses. There is also some flex with hybrid working arrangements (this is dependent on projects).
