The requirements are:-
- Good degree from a highly-ranked university
- Commercial experience in mainstream languages (C, C++, C#, Python, etc.)
- The ability to work in whichever language is most suitable to the task in hand
- Experience in design and development of tangible software systems, including working directly with hardware
- Some exposure to Agile practices
- Good communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues and clients
