Data Engineer: Quant / Finance (24045)

Coming from a formal background in Computer Science (or closely related topic), candidate CVs will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• A strong academic background, with at least a 2.1 Hons from a top Russell Group university;
• Fluency with modern ‘back-end’ development languages such as Python or Java;
• Commercial experience developing cloud frameworks for data service platforms;
• Knowledge of database languages and tools (SQL / NoSQL / Hadoop).

Familiarity with the Amazon Web Services platform would be a distinct advantage.
