This company’s products use novel language processing and text mining algorithms to automate extraction and categorisation of data on a large scale. They’ve applied their product across healthcare, medical and bioinformatics fields to accelerate the pace of scientific discoveries and make connections between disparate research fields to find new applications of existing science and technology.
Their software is available on a variety of internet and mobile platforms, and they’re now seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to continue developing new features and implementations of this powerful tool. Candidates will have commercial experience alongside a strong technical background in Computer Science or relevant technologies.
Candidate CVs should evidence:
- front-end responsive web design with HTML / JavaScript and popular frameworks such as Angular, React, or jQuery;
- server-side development, ideally with node.js, with experience of Java and database (NoSQL) highly beneficial;
- knowledge of modern Python application frameworks such as Django, Flask or similar;
- a strong academic background, with at least a 2.1 from a top university in Computer Science or similar numerate subject.
