SoC Verification Engineer (24424)

The system-on-chip design group in this award-winning company are looking for a talented SoC verification engineer to join them. This role is twofold, with a focus both on verifying high speed digital SoCs, and on process improvement, including looking at next gen. high level verification languages.

You’ll be involved from specification stage (system and block level), RTL design, functional testing, through to timing closure on synthesised circuits, through to production verification.

Your CV will demonstrate your:

• Good engineering degree in a relevant subject, and strong A-level grades.
• Commercial experience with SystemVerilog, Specman E or comparable HVL as well as VHDL and/or Verilog.
• Experience with a variety of verification techniques including applying bus functional models (BFM), use of assertions, coverage checking, and fuzzing.

Additional experience of C / assembly language programming, FPGA development, networking / interfaces (USB, PCI Express, Ethernet / Wireless) and/or video standards is beneficial.
