Calling all wireless software developers, fluent in C++, who have a deep understanding of network stacks.

This vibrant and imaginative company are committed to Agile software development and applying industry best practices as they incubate and evolve their software and hardware products.

A developer who is as happy contributing to team discussions as they are writing code is sought to support the advancement of their new products. Able to analyse issues and find novel, reliable solutions, the right candidate will be given an opportunity to grow their technical and team leading abilities.

Great C++ skills, backed up by an excellent degree (1st or 2.1) in computer science or similar subject, as well as a good understanding of IEEE 802.11 specifications, Wi-Fi Direct and / or other wireless protocols will be necessary to succeed at this role.

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with USB-IP, MA-USB, WBE, Wireless USB or other virtualised USB protocols
  • Embedded Linux as a platform
  • Appreciation of automated testing
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
