Software Solutions Architect / Consultant (24529)
This US incorporated start-up is building an engineering team in Cambridge, UK and are recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join them. In this role they will lead technical projects on data / IoT / edge computing technologies that impact business transformations for analytics, machine learning and related platforms. This will lead to development and implementation of bespoke solutions for customers; and building these relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in computer science, physics, maths or engineering.
- Extensive experience in software engineering development.
- Current familiarity with coding (Java, JavaScript, Python or C++).
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing IT solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Technical knowledge of software architectures including SaaS.
This is an outward-facing role, so along with technical responsibilities the role will also converse with the public through blogs, white papers, conference participation and other external activities. Excellent communication skills are expected. Similarly, this means that candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
