Are you a Talented Technical Author with the creativity and technical understanding needed to make complex and confusing concepts clear and concise?

Our client is a world leader in the field of IT security solutions, whose technology underpins a multitude of business-critical systems for a broad range of high-profile clients. This is a great time to join, as their already-successful business is set to move to the next level with new products and markets to explore.

Joining their Agile development team, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and creative scope. You will need to be a self-starter who enjoys collaborating across team boundaries with stakeholders from other business areas, as well as mentoring junior staff.

Your CV will need to demonstrate:

  • A 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a well-ranked university.
  • An excellent standard of written English.
  • Broad interest in technology and a firm grasp of concepts such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain to name a few.
  • Proficiency in most of the following: MadCap Flare, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Online Help, HTML/CSS, Jira and Perforce.

Based in spacious ultramodern offices in central Cambridge, the role attracts a competitive salary and benefits package including a substantial bonus scheme.
