Our client is a specialist Visual Effects company working on some of the highest profile films and TV series - you’ll certainly have heard of their projects!

Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to help maintain and support their computer infrastructure. You’ll have commercial experience installing and supporting Linux workstations and servers.

Specific experience sought:

Good working knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of IP networks, subnets, routing and network services
Creating and using VMs
Experience using cloud services (AWS)
Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs

You’ll need to be well organised, with good problem-solving and communication skills. The role would suit a strong candidate looking to progress from their first commercial role.
