Mechatronics Systems Engineer (25008)

Do you have the wide-ranging skills required to design a complete Mechatronic System?

This role is with a small growing consultancy and will cover various markets for example: medical systems industrial robotics, smart dispensing systems, fluidics and high-tech consumer goods. You will work alongside a diverse team where the ability to contribute to software and electronics development will be a distinct advantage.

This company employs the brightest engineers, as the Mechatronics Systems Engineer you will probably have a 1st or 2.1 in a technical degree from a world leading university. Since then you will either have gained a few years commercial experience or are completing a PhD. Either way, you can offer:

• Significant experience in the design of electro-mechanical systems
• Knowledge of drive systems, motors, gearing, robots, measurement, control systems and automation
• Hands on experience of 3D CAD
• Exposure to electronics design required from mechatronics systems
• Ability to create stable embedded code for control systems
• Some knowledge of materials selection
