Electronics Compliance Engineer (25164)

Our client seeks an experienced Compliance Engineer to join their team, working on technically sophisticated products, ranging from stand-alone electro-mechanical devices with embedded software and user centred interfaces through to connected IoT remote monitoring solutions.

The successful Compliance Engineer will be involved in the development of all new and existing products. This includes managing the compliance to international regulations at every stage of each product’s lifecycle. The Compliance Engineer will work closely with the R&D team to ensure new products will pass certification tests and recommend product changes where necessary. They will become the go-to person for the latest standards and legislation knowledge and advise on safety issues.

Essential attributes:

• A degree in engineering or similar relevant qualification
• Experience working with EU standards and directives
• Experience with product test
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Clear communication style and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
