Infrastructure Engineer (25372)
Our client is a highly-regarded engineering team based in central Cambridge. Their offices are close to rail and bus links as well as having car parking spaces for those who prefer to drive. They are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join them. As part of the Cloud team, responsibilities will include delivering code and cloud infrastructure deployments and support continuous delivery workflow. These deployments will provide real-time protection for millions of users.
- Extensive experience and expertise with Python development on Windows and Linux on network based projects including cloud services (AWS, Azure, Cloudflare); broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure (load balancing, serverless architecture, database configurations). [Essential]
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: PowerShell scripting; configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible); Source code management; Continuous integration (Jenkins); analytics (ElasticStack); and virtualisation. [Desirable]
- Degree qualified in Computer Science or similar.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
