Senior Electronics Engineer (25395)

As a Senior Electronics Engineer you will either have good experience designing electronics for actuator technology or exposure to similar technologies. This will be combined with a solid understanding of electronics in general from analogue, through mixed-signal to digital design. Fundamentals can be backed up by excellent grades and top engineering degree from a well-known and respected university. In summary this company requires the following skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Altium Designer
- Exposure to closed loop control system design and development
- Analogue circuit design & specification
- Some software skills, probably Python
- Good working knowledge of Verilog development and verification
- Experience of Design for Manufacture and transfer to production
- Specification of bespoke test equipment and test specifications
It would be a bonus if you had exposure to mixed-signal ASIC development. Also embedded software, DSP, MATLAB or Simulink experience would be beneficial. In the role there are opportunities for world travel to both customers and suppliers/manufacturers.
You will join a friendly team of mechanical, control, electronics, firmware and software engineers working in a modern, welcoming work environment close to the city centre but with on-site parking.
