Technology Strategist (25441)

This pioneering Cambridge company works at the leading edge of innovative design in a diverse range of projects bringing novel products to market. They have a new opportunity for an experienced technologist to join their team working collaboratively with clients to provide an holistic service to hasten and smooth the journey from initial concept idea to deliverable product or service.

The team seeks a free-thinking and technically talented scientist or engineer who secured a strong grounding in technology development before acquiring a deep understanding of the technology innovation process. This is a senior position and will suit someone who can take a lead role realising ambitious visions for innovation and development; this will include project management, technology contribution and sales support.

There will be a high level of client interaction, which may involve a reasonable level of travel, both local and international.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic background in science or engineering (1st/2.1 from a well-ranked university); a postgraduate degree would be of interest.
• Prior experience as a hands-on development scientist or engineer, including management of successful implementation projects
• Demonstrable evidence of technical innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to present to all audience levels.
