Design complex multilayer PCB layouts, taking from concept to production

As part of the company’s growth plans, this PCB Layout Engineer role is for aimed at an experienced design engineer to join a dedicated team based in their Cambridge offices. Within this role, the engineer will generate PCB schematics and production drawings using Altium Designer, and moreover take responsibility for approved projects to liaise with PCB suppliers, manufacturers and external contributors.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with PCB layout design using Altium Designer for high speed electronic applications.
Project experience and understanding of: switch-mode power supply layout; digital interfaces (DDR, USB, HDMI); constraint based routing; and EMC techniques (shielding, filters, coupling).
Qualifications in electronics.

Additional exposure to IPC standards, SI / PDN principles would be highly desirable. In return, on offer is an excellent remuneration package, interesting work and the opportunity to join this growing company.
