Software Developer (25525)

Use web technology as the frontend in this performance application

This London based role would suit a Senior Software Developer capable of developing tools to process terabytes of new data, made up of real-world video and image analyses captured fresh each day. This tool set is evolving so fast that daily updates are often required.

You will be experienced in frontend development using JavaScript / Typescript. Also you will be happy working with React to build user interfaces. It's beneficial if you have an eye for good design and UX patterns and pride yourself in keeping up to date with best practices and methodologies in software engineering. Strong Python developers also considered, or you might wish to transition from C++ or C# to this JavaScript role.

You may have developed cloud applications and have exposure to working with Docker. Alternatively you may have used Webpack, Babel or NPM. However all these are things you can pick up on the job, so not essential.

This will be combined with a solid understanding of software development principles and approach. These fundamentals can be evidenced by excellent grades and a top engineering degree from a well-known and respected university.
