Technology Lead (Client Facing) Defence & Security (25590)

Developing key client relationships for Defence & Security technical solutions

Originally founded in Cambridge and now with offices across the globe, this technical powerhouse of product innovation is expanding their business development team to exploit the in-house expertise and innovation found within the company's engineering teams. They are experts in providing technical solutions to clients including those in the Defence and Security sector.

As a client facing Technology Lead, you will join an established team of commercial and technical experts working with a number of clients in the Defence and Security sector. You will have significant client contact and you will be expected to use the knowledge gained to steer the development of core technology to continue to meet client needs.

Minimum requirements:

With a strong technical education, including a good degree, your career will include significant experience in an R&D or design role. You will have had some exposure to the commercial side of projects within this market area and you will possess detailed domain knowledge. You will be keen to take this experience and apply it to organisations you have previously worked with as well as new organisation to deliver new capabilities that solve technical problems.

Previous experience of working in a consultancy, government agency or other ‘fee for service’ organisation would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Whilst this position is based in Cambridge, UK, there will be significant travel in the UK.
