Are you an enthusiastic embedded software developer with Open Source exposure? Our client seeks an experienced engineer to contribute to the development of their software system and to provide related consultancy to their customers.

This position will require regular presence in our client’s Cambridge office although remote working may be possible from time to time.

For this important new role, you’ll have:

  • Broad Linux experience (eg U-Boot, Linux kernel and BSP, Linux Distros, Flashing, low-level debugging)
  • Knowledge of ARM processor-based HW boards, single board computers and networking
  • Knowledge of Open Source development methodologies and relevant Open Source communities
  • Ability to work and communicate in an online, fully distributed environment
