The Quant Software Developer will be confident and competent, allowing him or her to comprehend and make the leaps necessary for fast and effective development. As part of the Quant Software Team, they will be responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of high-performance algorithmic trading strategies. They will be happy to share their insights and able to effectively defend their ideas. They will be given autonomy, responsibility and the room to prove themselves.

You will also need:

  • 3+ years of experience developing quant software in an industry leading company
  • Excellent coding skills (Python is preferred, but competency in any coding language will be considered as long as the ability to rapidly acquire new coding skills is evident)
  • Strong mentoring and managing skills
  • Ambition and drive to succeed
