New product development with Linux and C++

This company are pioneers in the entertainment technology sector, and are seeking a C++ Embedded Middleware Developer to join their growing engineering team.

You would be working on their flagship product, on aspects which might include new features, kernel modifications and drivers, bringing up SOC boards, and supporting verification and transition to manufacture.

You will need:

  • A good degree in Computer Science, electronics or a similarly applicable subject from a well-respected university
  • Demonstrably good skills in developing embedded C++
  • A thorough understanding of Linux including kernel concepts, multithreading and familiarity with commonly used libraries
  • Full existing right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit or sponsorship

The company are located in modern, comfortable offices in Cambridge, and provide a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. You would be working remotely during Covid restrictions, with some flexibility in the longer term.
