Software Development Team Lead (26139)

This successful software company produce some of the best tools in their field and are very people focused. They are looking for a software development team lead to join them. Leading a team of six, you'll be as keen if not keener to support their growth and development as people as you are to help manage projects and delivery. If you'd like to cut code too, that's an option.

You will be:

• Degree qualified, with a good degree from a top university and strong supporting A-level or equivalent grades.
• A people person. A vital part of the role is looking out for your team, not just in terms of the project, but their aspirations and career development.
• Technically credible. It's likely you'll have contributed in a technical role on a software development team before. This may be as a developer or tester, or in devops, UX, etc.
• Prior lead experience is welcome but is not required.

You may have past exposure to any of these technologies of interest: JavaScript or TypeScript, C# or Java, Go (Golang), AWS or Azure, SQL Server or MySQL.

The team will be working on a new product platform, so they will have a chance to cut new code, and as team lead your views on design and architecture will be welcome (not just within the team, but across the company).
