Take the lead testing voice-driven services for a multilingual user base

Interested in Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing (NLP)? This senior QA role would involve you in testing advanced voice-based controls for a range of consumer electronics and services. Working for an industry-leader in the field of infotainment, you will take the lead in developing test and techniques to ensure that their speech-driven interfaces works well, irrespective of linguistic and regional differences.

To success in this challenging role, you will need a combination of skills covering test engineering and linguistics. The successful candidate is likely to be multi-lingual, speaking French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese as well as having good English skills. Strong coding ability in Python (Java and JavaScript are also of interest) and expertise in software test engineering will also be needed.

Specific Skill:

  • A good degree in Computer Science or similarly applicable STEM subject from a well-respected university.
  • Expertise in automated software testing and excellent coding skills in Python and preferably also Java or JavaScript.
  • A good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) of voice-controlled interfaces.
  • A good appreciation of linguistics with fluency in French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese as well as English.
