Strategic horizon scanning for innovations in cloud technologies

A unique senior role is available for a Cloud Technology Evangelist to join this growing data software team. In this new, key role, you would take a strategic position to advise and communicate about upcoming cloud and data-based technologies that could impact or be used by the company, so that they keep themselves ahead of the curve and adopt the best tools and approaches.

The role requires someone to have a finger-on-the-pulse for technology, constantly scoping new innovations, and presenting new prototypes and concepts for early-stage digital products and emerging cloud technologies. This would require excellent communication and networking skills, as well as a good appreciation of digital product roadmapping.

Requirements

  • Background in software, and demonstrable interests in new cloud technologies.
  • A deep and broad understanding of web-based technologies around data centric applications.
  • Past project experience with rapid development of prototyping and proof of concept applications.
  • Demonstrable people skills through networking and attendance of conferences or technology seminars.

The role would be based in the Cambridge office with a hybrid working arrangement being possible. On offer is excellent remunerations including top benefits. For qualifying candidates, a relocation package is available.
