Software development under Linux for popular consumer products

This highly successful company are growing their engineering team as they continue to innovate exciting new consumer products. With a vast number of end-users already, their goal is to lead the market with innovative new devices and applications.

As a talented Embedded C++ Software Engineer, you will work on core features of the company’s technology framework, collaborating closely with colleagues from a range of specialisms to bring new ideas to life whilst retaining a high degree of control and ownership of your own work. If you enjoy getting on with building cool products using your own initiative and creativity, then this may be the role for you.

Requirements:

  • A good degree in Computer Science or related subject from a well-respected university
  • Strong coding skills in C++ and a good understanding of development for embedded Linux systems
  • Good scripting skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript or Lua
  • Full right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit or sponsorship
