Senior Application Support Engineer (26362)
This global company is reinventing their industry-leading ECAD software tools using the latest technology, and are seeking a bright and resourceful Application Engineer to support industry partners in integrating with their platform.
You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships combined with a strong technical background that will enable you to quickly understand the partner’s problems. You will help identify solutions to issues in collaboration with your engineering colleagues, champion the partners’ viewpoints within the team, and assisting with creating materials such as how-to guides, examples.
You will need:
- A good academic background in computing or other applicable subject from a well-respected university.
- A strong technical background in software engineering (ideally Python or C#), and applications engineering with expertise in SaaS applications and QA.
- Excellent customer facing and communications skills with the ability to distil and present relevant facts concisely and accurately.
- Full existing right to work in the UK without time limit, restriction, or sponsorship.
Knowledge of ReactJS, GraphQL, and/or REST APIs would be a bonus.
