Hands-on lead role to develop new technologies in robotics

This growing tech company is tackling real-world problems with their innovative tech products - looking to automate highly manual tasks through their autonomous robotic vehicles. They have successfully delivered a number of generations of their robots and are looking to take the knowledge and experience gained to scale up their next generation product.

The company are looking for a senior Electronics Engineer to join them in a lead project role which is a combination of hands-on engineering, design and development as well as leading EMC and overall electronic testing, overseeing subcontractors and mentoring junior electronic design engineers. These robotic systems are sophisticated and would require knowledge of:

  • experience of applying EN 13849 in design processes
  • broad knowledge of embedded systems

In return, as well as the opportunity to work on tech to solve real-world problems with bright, like-minded people; you'll be rewarded with an excellent compensation package including share options. Hybrid working is possible but would depend on projects at that time (the robot is too large to take home to work on).
