Build mechatronic systems for the medical industry

This is your chance to join a highly skilled and multi-disciplinary team working at a well-respected technical consultancy. You will be solving complex problems in a collaborative environment to create disruptive technologies for the biomedical industry, bringing tangible benefits to people around the world.

Your main focus will be embedded software engineering where, in addition to writing high quality performant code, you will be involved in the overall system design as well as refining the software development process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader electrical and mechanical aspects of the projects.

Requirements:

  • 1st or 2.1 degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar from a top-tier university with excellent supporting A Levels or equivalent
  • Proven track record designing embedded software in C for both bare metal (e.g., STM32) and embedded RTOS (e.g., Linux or QNX)
  • Good understanding of hardware interfaces (e.g., I2C, SPI, DMA, UART, etc…) and the code required to implement them
