Software Engineer (26803)

Due to continued growth, a cutting-edge hardware solutions company has an opportunity for a skilled software engineer to join their team, to ensure their products give the best possible user-experience.

Their range of software and hardware systems are used across a spectrum of industries and are the go to standard in their arena. This is a gold star interactive application which has received much praise and is paramount to their success. This key role will involve working closely with other members of the software team to ensure the ease of use and top performance for the products.

They seek a software engineer with a broad background, who is able to span technologies involved in GUI development through to the API level; comfortable working in Linux environments as well as in languages such as JavaScript, Python and C++, as the interface is web driven, but controls Linux hardware in real time.

You will need:

• A good degree (2:1 or above) in a technical subject, such as Computer Science or similar
• A range of object-orientated languages you can call upon, including C++, Python and JavaScript
• To be comfortable working in Linux environments
• Full rights to work in the UK without time limit or sponsorship will also be required.
