Develop digital ICs for mass production

This exciting technology company is looking for RTL engineers to join their IC development team where you will be developing digital designs for custom ICs and FPGAs. Additionally, you will be building test systems capable of emulating real-world input to allow the testing and validation of early IC designs. You therefore need to be comfortable with both computer-aided design work and hands-on benchtop testing.

You will be working in a truly innovative and multi-disciplinary company with deep expertise across a wide range of disciplines, producing new, inventive, and industrially applicable technologies which are mass produced and used in consumer devices across the globe. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package including global travel opportunities and private health insurance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track-record designing and verifying FPGAs or ASICs using Verilog / SystemVerilog. This should include good familiarity with the Xilinx FPGA development tools.
  • Good degree in electronics, computer science or another relevant subject from a top university.
  • Full, unrestricted rights to work in the UK.

Further knowledge of electronics design including benchtop testing and mixed signal circuitry; real time firmware for control systems; and automated build and test systems (CI/CD) would be advantageous.
