Senior Developer and Operations Lead (26912)
This wide-ranging development and tools role looks toward live, vital systems’ performance and deployment. Engineering code to monitor and deploy these systems at global datacentres, you’d have quite a free hand architecturally and take the lead in coordinating operations.
You’ll likely have a good degree in a technical subject, and a balance of knowledge in the following areas would be most relevant:
- Python (or other) tools development, creating live monitoring systems fed by a global network
- Network protocol knowledge, particularly around monitoring performance
- C++ development skills
- Linux OS knowledge, development and scripting
- Strong grasp of CI/CD approaches, configuration and source control
This is a full time role based in Cambridge, UK. The role offers a generous salary and extremely competitive package with benefits to the right candidate. Existing work permission without sponsorship is required.
