PhD Electronics Engineer (2024 Start) (27019)

Multidisciplinary tech and science projects in an engineering consultancy

Do you want to challenge yourself by tackling tough multidisciplinary problems and work on novel learning designs to build electronic products that will address the need for scalable, cost-effective solutions across a wide range of applications including robotics automation, next-gen communications, life science instumentation and healthcare.

You'll have a stellar academic record (A* grades at A-levels in Maths, Further Maths and Physics (or equivalent) 1st or high 2:1 degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a highly similar subject) including a PhD in a related discipline with direct industrial applications. You will have strong knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics and good hands-on skills from soldering to digital design and embedded C programming.

Your work will require effective communication skills to share new knowledge and interface with stakeholders and their requirements for the development of the next generation of technologies. This is at their outstanding purpose-built facilities that inspire their collaborative environment.
