Senior SoC Verification Engineer (27063)
Based in Edinburgh, this R&D team is developing a library of reusable SoC subsystem units for widespread and varied applications in the electronics industry. As their business grows, they are seeking to recruit a Senior SoC Verification Engineer to join them.
Your work could typically involve designing verification frameworks for SoC IP elements, which could be handling such tasks as management of memory-processor interconnection, or external communications. You would also be creating UVM-SV Scoreboards for regression testing, functional coverage, and SystemVerilog Assertions, or be contributing to verification management planning, technical reviews, ISO-9001 compliance, and debugging of complex testing issues.
You will need:
- A minimum of a 2.1 degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline along with good supporting A-level (or equivalent) grades
- Substantial expertise in Verilog RTL design and Metric-Driven Verification (MDV) gained in a commercial R&D setting
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Full existing right to work in the UK
