Radar System Modelling Engineer (27676)
This R&D team works at the forefront of radar systems development providing technical insights and know-how to improve resiliency in extremely challenging RF environments. They develop computational models capable of simulating not just a single system, but how multiple systems interact. They use these to explore new architectures and signal processing algorithms. They also model the effects of modern electronic warfare and develop countermeasures.
With demand for their expertise growing, this team are looking to add a new member. They are open to experience level, from recent PhD’s through to industry veteran.
Requirements:
- Experience developing system-level models for radars and their interactions in busy RF environments using MATLAB, Simulink or Python.
- Good knowledge of signal processing algorithm development and validation.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop development of Radar systems.
- UK nationality as some work is defence related and requires UK security clearance.
