This scientific start-up is expanding its R&D team and is looking for a graduate Synthetic Chemist to join them. Key responsibilities will include work on specialised chemical products used on microfluidic applications; maintaining relevant supplies for materials; and developing novel chemistry based biochips.
- 1st / 2.1 (or equivalent) and Masters or PhD in organic chemistry.
- Working experience in a wet chemistry laboratory including practical experience and knowledge of a wide range of synthetic chemistry reactions.
- Highly desirable is experience with scaled up chemical processes / pilot processes.
- Further experience with soft-lithography fabrication, microfluidics, mass spectrometry would be beneficial.
