First job? Central Cambridge, Agile dev, 5 day weeks, flexible hours

Start your first commercial role working on scientific / engineering software in a top Cambridge company. Gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies, Agile development processes, and be a key part of the development team.

You’ll be creating software which provides scientific information to skilled engineers, used in everything from the manufacture of self driving cars, to the space programme. You’ll get the chance to work on a host of projects; you’ll be able contribute right away – and your fresh ideas will be valued by your peers, so you can learn from each other.

You’ll bring:

  • A 1st or 2:1 from a top university in computing or a related subject
  • Experience with one or more of: Python, C#, C++, Java and/or JavaScript
  • An understanding of Agile development (perhaps from an internship)
  • An interest, and some exposure to, cloud tech such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience hacking on Linux, or coding for Windows – or both!
