Analyst / Developer (Graduate / PhD / Experienced) (25207)
Based at central Cambridge offices, this growing consultancy works on technology based projects – providing a range of strategic expertise. Their work takes their consultants all over the world, and their clients can be government, financial as well as commercial institutes.
They are currently looking for new joinees at a range of experience levels to work on complex maths models as well as develop small, bespoke software tools to assist in the consulting services.
- 1st / 2.1 degree in maths, physics or computer science from a top ranked university. Would expect A*/A grades at A-level.
- Demonstrable interest in problem solving and technology. Will have experience in maths modelling using some form of statistical analysis.
- Will have project experience writing software tools, and so will be familiar with technologies such as C#, MVC, Databases, and Web Applications.
- As above, but will either have a PhD, or some commercial experience in software development.
As this is a consultancy, applicants for this role are expected to have: good communication skills (will enjoy being client-facing); and able to travel internationally.
