Build on your materials knowledge in a supportive consulting environment

This dynamic Cambridge consultancy seeks a hands-on experimental Graduate Materials Scientist to join their team and face challenging R&D projects within the consumer, medical and manufacturing markets. You will work within a multidisciplinary project team and display good physics knowledge alongside your materials speciality.

The requirements are:

  • 1st or 2.1 degree in materials science (or similar) from a highly ranked university (UK top 15 or equivalent).
  • A levels including maths and physics at A* or A.
  • Existing right to work in the UK without restriction
  • Broad materials knowledge including polymers, surface chemistry and mechanical properties.

You will also be a good collaborator, someone who can work well within a team taking direction as well as being a positive contributor, particularly with regard to your specialist subject.
