Customer Facing Technical Graduate (25294)
This growing start-up, founded in Cambridge in recent years, has products on the shelves of leading retailers and continues to develop new technology across Internet of Things connected devices and smart mobile applications. They are looking for an enthusiastic and technically-astute graduate to join their team contributing to customer satisfaction.
As well as dealing with customers’ enquiries and support activities, you will work alongside the R&D team to resolve issues. A technical background is required to help with understanding and interpreting customers’ requirements, however the role revolves around support and operations rather than design and development.
Your technical background and personal qualities should include:-
- A degree in a STEM subject and confidence using technology and apps
- Comfortable in a customer-facing environment, preferably with some experience of customer service (such as working in a shop or pub)
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to address problems outside your own area of knowledge and work in collaboration with others
- Enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to a friendly small team environment
This role will involve a high degree of liaison with external customers, mostly via phone and email. As such, you will be able to demonstrate your ability as a calm and assured communicator with a diplomatic manner.
